All comments received during the consultation period will be reviewed and considered by the project team as the proposals continue to be developed ahead of the submission of a planning application to Leeds City Council.

 

To make sure that your comments are taken into account as part of this consultation, please submit your response by Friday 16th October 2026.


A Statement of Community Involvement, summarising the consultation process and feedback received, will accompany the planning application.


Once a planning application has been submitted, Leeds City Council will undertake its own statutory consultation, providing a further opportunity for interested parties to comment on the proposals.
